The Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabiliation Center inmates do the “Jai Ho” routine from Slumdog Millionaire.<3!!!!!!! CPDRC is where I want to be jailed for whatever crimes I am inevitably going to have to commit in the future because people will not fucking leave me alone.
